Sam needs 300 write-in votes to appear on the March 3rd ballot
Why is Sam a write-in candidate?
Like most Massachusetts voters, Sam was unenrolled (independent). He recently registered as a Republican because the party best represents his values. Due to strict Massachusetts election deadlines, his name wasn't printed on the primary ballot—but your write-in vote can change that!

Sam Meas knows what it means to fight for freedom. His journey from Cambodian refugee to successful American businessman and community leader shaped his unwavering commitment to serve.

Born in Kandal Province, Cambodia, Sam lost his father to the Khmer Rouge and was separated from his mother and sisters during the war. He fled to Thailand's Khao-I-Dang refugee camp before being sponsored by Catholic Charities USA and welcomed to America in 1986.

Sam graduated from Virginia Tech in 1996 with a degree in finance. He worked at State Street Corporation, BlackRock, and Fidelity. He owns a successful Real Estate Brokerage business and Tax Accountant Business in Lowell, Massachusetts. His business experience taught him the challenges facing families and entrepreneurs.

Sam has been deeply involved in numerous community organizations throughout the district, including serving on the board of directors of the North Suffolk Mental Health Association. He has dedicated himself to supporting cultural organizations, mental health services, and community wellbeing.

Sam made history as the first Cambodian-American to run for U.S. Congress. He has consistently fought for the values that made America a beacon of hope: freedom, opportunity, and the promise that with hard work, anyone can succeed.
I came to America with nothing. This country gave me everything. Now it's my turn to give back and fight for the values that made this nation great—freedom, opportunity, and the promise that with hard work, anyone can succeed.

Sam Meas is committed to conservative principles that protect freedom, strengthen families, and ensure opportunity for all.
Tired of self-serving politicians voting straight party? I've spent my life in the private sector. I know what it means to earn a paycheck. Elect someone who will vote in your best interest — not the party's.
Sky-high energy bills are crushing families. Democrats on Beacon Hill refuse to act. I'll fight for affordable, practical energy solutions that put money back in your pocket.
72% of voters demanded an audit of the State Legislature. Democrats voted against it. I will fight to audit the Legislature and Executive Office — taxpayers deserve the truth.
Massachusetts does not give back to its cities and towns the way other states do. I will fight for the state to provide a larger share of its revenues to our cities and towns for schools, firefighters, roads, and local infrastructure.
Our children deserve the best education possible. I will fight to ensure adequate funding for our local schools, support our teachers, and give parents a voice in their children's education.
Governor Healey wants to give towns the power to raise additional excise taxes. We already pay enough. I will fight tooth and nail to stop any new excise tax hikes.
